Abstract
The exponentially demand of Quality of Service (QoS) communication has made wireless communication as an inevitable technologies. Amongst major at hand technologies, Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) has been found a potential solution to meet major real-world requirements, including monitoring and control, surveillance, healthcare, traffic surveillance and defence systems. Facilitating QoS demands, energy-efficiency and secure communication has always been an open research area for academia-industries. The lack of security not only forces network to undergo compromised situation but also makes it energy exhaustive. On the other hand, providing delay resilient, energy-efficient, higher throughout and secure communication makes WSN robust and efficient. Recently, the use of cryptographic techniques has played vital role towards energy efficient and secure communication. However, enabling robust solution with optimal security techniques in conjunction with improved routin

Abstract
Next Generation 5G Device-to-Device (D2D) Wireless Communication System the previous four generations of cellular technology have each been a major paradigm shift that has broken backward compatibility. So we expect that 5G will be a paradigm shift that includes very high carrier frequencies with massive bandwidths, In this thesis we discuss the new thoughts which would improve the efficiency like using mmwaves, small cell, and smart antenna. Then we discuss some of the emerging applications based on 5G Device-to-Device (D2D) Wireless Communication System. In addition, we mentioned some challenges and open issues related to the previous generations and infrastructure boundaries that we have to considerate during designing 5G Device-to-Device Communication System networks. Just a few years ago mm wave was not being put to use because few electronic components could receive millimeter waves.

Abstract
An analysis is usually done to improve the system and find out the sites of work lost. The sites having high energy destruction indicates the scope of improvement in specific sites in order to achieve overall improved, efficient system. This research work investigates the losses involved in process and overall cycle due to irreversibility in vapor compression refrigeration system with evaporator temperature as influential parameter by energy destruction and second law efficiency analysis. The present work analyzed the behavior of six halocarbon ethane series nano refrigerants R-123, R- 124, R-125 R-134a, R-143a and R-152a with variation of evaporator temperature. From second law efficiency increases with evaporator temperature and for R-123 almost constant η with increases evaporation temperature and also same η at temperature 233K (- 40OC) comparison of R-134a.
