Abstract
In mobile environment of wireless sensor networks (WSN), the fixed frame of MAC protocol causes performance deprivation such as packet conflict due to overloading etc. In this paper a low energy adaptive clustering mobility aware MAC protocol for WSN is proposed. This paper focuses on reducing the power consumption of wireless sensor networks. Therefore, a communication protocol named LEACH (Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) is modified. We propose a clustering routing protocol that partitions the network into clusters, the cluster contains, CH, sub-CH (the node that will become a CH of the cluster in case of CH dies), cluster nodes, thus extends network lifetime. Data transfer is based on frames and the CHs control the frames. The CH is responsible for controlling the channel access between sensor nodes within the cluster and collects data from them. The frames are handled during multiple phases using a hybrid scheme of CSMA and TDMA. Each frame is composed of two slots mini slot and a dynamic normal slot. The Normal slot is used by sensor nodes to report their data to the CH. We have conducted simulation-based evaluations to compare the performance of the proposed protocol against Low- Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH).

Abstract
Vehicular Adhoc network (VANET), a new form of Mobile Adhoc Network (MANET)has gained the attention of today’s research efforts and automotive industries to improve road safety and enable a wide variety of value-added services. It needs security to implement the wireless environment and serves users with safety and non safety applications. Many forms of attacks against VANET have emerged recently that attempt to compromise the security of such networks. Such security attacks on VANET may lead to catastrophic results such as the loss of lives or loss of revenue for those value—added services. In this paper, we d iscuss some of the main security threats that can be exploited in VANET and present the corresponding security solutions that can be implemented to thwart those attacks.

Abstract
This paper explores three techniques for converting deterministic - nite automata (DFA) to regular expressions and compares the usefulness of each technique. The techniques examined are the transitive closure method, the state removal method, and the Brzozowski algebraic method.

Abstract
This paper derives the mathematical model of electrocardiogram (ECG) signal and describes the features extraction algorithm for ECG signal using Huang Hilbert Transform and Wavelet Transform. The mathematical model of ECG signal is generated using the Fourier series method considering it as a periodic signal. ECG signal for an individual human being is different due to unique heart structure. The purpose of feature extraction of ECG signal would allow successful abnormality detection and efficient prognosis due to heart disorder. Some major important features will be extracted from ECG signals such as amplitude, duration, pre-gradient, post-gradient and so on. Therefore, we need a strong mathematical model to extract such useful parameter. Here an adaptive mathematical analysis model is Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT). This new approach, the Hilbert-Huang transform, is implemented to analyze the non-linear and non-stationary data. It is unique and different from the existing methods of data analysis and does not require an a priori functional basis. The features of the ECG signal have also been performed by Wavelet transform. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified through the simulation for the generated ECG signal.
